About Us

Following our call into ministry in 1983 we began our itinerant work until in 1984 we were called to work alongside Kingsway Christian Fellowship in Waterloo, Liverpool where we were mainly involved in developing an evangelism team and linking with the local community.

In 1987 we were asked to care for a small group of christians in Skelmersdale, a new town in Lancashire. After a couple of years the work grew into a church plant. It was at this time that we received much needed help and guidance from the leaders at the Elim church in St Helens. It was through this burgeoning relationship that Geoff felt it appropriate to apply for ordination as an Elim minister. In 1992 the Elim leadership invited us to relocate to Livingston in West Lothian with the challenge to not only build up the people but also build a physical building! God is a faithful God and through His help we fulfilled the challenge.

It was during our time in Livingston that Geoff completed his training and was ordained in 1995. Also around that time we began to experience a powerful season of renewal that continued for a number of years. In 2000, we were called to relocate to Princes Risborough, a small town In Buckinghamshire where we pastored the church through several significant seasons of growth including a major impact on many lives through the revelation of the Father Heart of God.

In spite of strong spiritual and political opposition we moved into a new building in 2010. Three years later the Lord impressed upon us that we should once again step out into our itinerant ministry and so we handed over the leadership of the church in 2013. This led us into a very busy season of ministry that continues today, albeit with a break due to the limitations of travel etc during COVID.

In addition to church leadership and itinerant ministry for the period of 2001 to 2019 Geoff worked alongside the leader of the Metropolitan West region of Elim as Regional co-ordinator. This role included supporting church leaders and ministries, around 60 in number, and a number in one to one mentoring. This role ended on Geoff’s 75th birthday in 2019 when we relocated to our present home in Warrington.

We have recently reconnected with Christian Life Centre in St Helens which is now our home church. A new and exciting season lies ahead as we seek to serve CLC as committed members whilst continuing our links with churches in the south of England and also building new links here in the North West.
