Adoption & Destiny

God’s truth has always been available to those who will earnestly seek Him. However I do believe there are times and seasons when He causes the profile of specific truths to be raised, and freshens the anointing on particular aspects of His purpose and plans.

I hesitate to say that the content of this book is “new revelation” in terms of never being heard before, however, I do believe that it is “fresh” in the context of our time and will help to uncover some more of the mysteries that have been hidden through the ages. My passion is to see God’s family not only living in the blessings, but also discovering ways in which it rises to the challenge and responsibilities of the great calling of the church which is the “Body of Christ…the fullness of Him who fills all in all.”

It is my prayer that as you read Adoption and Destiny you will be envisioned and encouraged to step up into the incredible calling that Jesus has for His body, the church. I echo the prayer of the Apostle Paul in Ephesians1 that you will know the incomparably great power that raised the Saviour from the dead and seated Him at the right hand of the Father.” That very same power is available to every born again believer individually” and also collectively as the gathered church, which is the “ecclesia”2 of God.

The church, however, is far more than a “gathering” of those from every tongue, tribe or nation, who have responded to the wonderful good news of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ. It is more than simply an organisation, it is even more than an organism. The church is a “family” in relationship together. It has a new blood line and every member shares the same Father. Individually and collectively the members are called by a new name and enter into a new destiny.

Kingdom & Culture

What is the Kingdom of God? How much of the Kingdom of God can we experience today? How does the Kingdom of God relate to the ever increasing secularisation of society and culture?

These are questions as old as the scriptures themselves but which seem to be so current and as relevant to us as we enter a new and exciting decade in the destiny of humanity. Jesus Himself, when asked by His disciples to give them instruction as to how they should pray, answered them with these words.

Thy Kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven”

The question then arises as to what Christians might expect to experience in their day to day lives of the Kingdom of God for themselves and for their families. To what extent can we expect the will of God to be done on earth before the glorious and triumphant return of the Lord Jesus Christ in glory?

The answers to these questions, will determine the hope and expectation for those who seek to live by, and experience, the reality of the Christian faith as they face the challenges of the modern world.

The Father’s Heart in Coaching and Mentoring

The aim of this book is to crystallise some of the key elements of coaching and mentoring and to give a start-up package for anyone wishing to embark on this great ministry without the need to read through a whole library of reference books.

I make no apologies for what is “not” included in this booklet. There is a vast array of extremely good material on the subject of coaching and mentoring that would be of great assistance to anyone intending to make a deeper study of the subject. I have attempted to limit the content to material that will be practical and pragmatic enough to set you in motion.

The vast majority of Christian leaders are keen to embark on this journey but many are deterred through lack of mentoring role models in their own lives, the fear of inadequacy and the limitations of time. Dear friend, this booklet is aimed at such a person. I pray that it will be of value to you and those you seek to help.

The Christian context of this booklet seeks to express more than the processing of information. It seeks to access the essence of the father heart of God and implant it into spiritual fathers and mothers who will in turn express that grace and love through their own lives to their spiritual sons and daughters.

Today, perhaps more than any other time, we have a huge resource available to us on the subject of leadership. Vast numbers of courses are available, both residential and online, and for this we should be very grateful.

However, many of these resources would be more suited to the corporate world than to the context of “local” church. They could be seen as the apostle Paul’s “thousand guardians”, but my heart cry today resonates with Paul’s – “where are the fathers?”

Free for Life

Over the years we have had the great privilege of helping many people find their true identity in Christ that brings a release from the past, a wholeness in the present, and a glorious destiny for the future. We have met with folk on an individual basis and also ministered “wholeness” to groups, churches, and even whole conferences.

We have built a comprehensive resource as we have travelled this journey with the Holy Spirit working both “in”us as He has worked “through” us.

Our resource manual “FREE FOR LIFE” not only includes introductory bible based teaching on the subject of wholeness but also personal application sections that enables the truth to be established in our lives. Please do contact us to see how we can serve you, your ministry and your church.
