Dear Friend,

We first of all want to thank you for your interest and prayerful support of us both and Living Stones Ministries!  Praise God, we have been on the move and, as Smith Wigglesworth would say, “God is not looking for monuments but for movement!”

Currently we have taken some time out for a couple of weeks, to rest and reflect on a very busy season of ministry.   Although I (Jane) am not sure I can call Geoff’s recent 860 mile motorbike trip down to Devon to ride Dartmoor and Exmoor with our oldest son, exactly a rest!  The adventuring spirit is still very strong!

Our recent itinerary has included an invitation to speak at one of the network of Jesus Christ International Christian Ministry Filipino churches in  Liverpool.  This involved a Sunday morning but also Geoff was the invited speaker for their Men’s Conference in the afternoon of the same day.

The next Sunday we were delighted to be with good friends Mike and Heather Dyce at Gracemead Church in Hatfield.  During the following week we were at the Wirral Filling Station, Geoff bringing a great word “Stepping into your destiny”.

The very next morning we set off early to drive to Livingston, Scotland, where during our 8 years there as pastors, we were privileged to play our part in the building up of the people and also actually to  put a wonderful building on the ground!   What a blessing to return to celebrate with them the 25 year anniversary of when we completed  ‘phase 2’ – what a great day that was!  Pastor Kenny Gillies and his lovely wife Lynne, hosted an evening for us with the elders and wives on the Friday evening, and we had a fabulous time on the Saturday, meeting with many old friends, and also making new ones, over a lovely lunch where we also had an opportunity for both of us to share the Word of God.

Sunday was another busy time – speaking to the church in the morning and again in the evening as churches in the area came together with a heart to reach out in evangelism. This was a great honour and we came away from Livingston rejoicing in all that God is doing  in that place.

After a few days at home we drove down to London where we were invited to speak at ICM Warwick Avenue, one of the Filipino network of churches with which we were very much involved before moving to Warrington.  We were delighted to  celebrate with them their 18th anniversary of the church being planted.

We returned home and were blessed to speak the following Sunday at Christian Life Centre Widnes, an Elim church now linked to CLC St Helens.

At home base, CLC St Helens, we lead a Reach group based in our home and also we are very active within the church.  One highlight of the week for Geoff is the mid-week Men’s Meeting, in which he is able to support our pastor, Shaun Graham.  This ministry of the church which started with four men late last year, and now regularly numbers over 25, includes men from within the church but also reaches out to unchurched men.   Geoff often says “this is real, raw and radical” as the men open up their lives to the Lord and to one another.

We have two further ministry dates in the diary for July, one at Elim Prescott and the other at home base, CLC St. Helens.  We are delighted to say that we do in fact have two more very special dates in the diary for July!   On the 19th July two of our very dear friends are getting married, and Geoff has been asked to bring the Word.   Then on 23rd July our oldest daughter and her fiancée are also getting married!  Geoff will be ministering the wedding blessing over them.  We are very excited! Jane says she might need a new hat!!!

We are also looking ahead with anticipation to our visit to Israel in September, for the Feast of Tabernacles. This is our first visit to Israel and we feel it is very significant for us.

As we step further into our “ten year plan” we continue to meet with leaders on a one to one basis, but we also sense we should not be away from home base, CLC St Helens, quite as much.  We are seeking the Lord to open the right doors of ministry for us to fulfil our calling in “Equipping the Church and Reaching the Nations”.

Please check out our website for blogs and articles of interest, and if you feel we can serve you in any way please don’t hesitate to call.

With our love, appreciation and every blessing in God!

 Geoff and Jane
