We are praying that you are well and prospering in body, soul and spirit! We all certainly need the protection and provision of God in these days, and to be grounded in His love, in His word and filled with the Holy Spirit!
We are so thankful to those of you who remember us in your prayers, for those who have given into the ministry, and for your friendship. You may be aware that our ministry website has been updated and contains fresh input from us, with blogs, and teaching sessions to follow soon. (www.livingstonesministries.co.uk)
We are excited by the sense of a new season ahead and feel that I Corinthians:9 is very relevant for us. The apostle Paul is writing from Ephesus and he says: “A great and effective door has opened to me”, and then adds“and there are many adversaries.”!
In Acts 19:8 we read what happened there: “And he (Paul) went into the synagogue and spoke boldly for three months, reasoning and persuading concerning the things of the kingdom of God.”
The Lord has blessed us with an open door to minister over the next months ahead. We have received a number of invitations to speak, in a variety of churches, and will certainly be majoring in on the reality of the kingdom of God, and the demonstration of the rule of God over the powers of darkness – proclamation and demonstration!
Our home church, St Helens CLC Elim, is a wonderful blessing to us, where we feel built up, empowered and encouraged, enabling us to go out from there with a fresh anointing on our lives. Please pray for us as the leaders of CLC are looking to establish more ‘Reach’ groups and we sense we shall probably be launching such a group in the next few weeks. It will be a privilege and a delight to play our part in seeing believers become true ‘living stones’, each one knowing their identity in Christ, enjoying a close intimate relationship with Father God, and finding release in their own gifting to be effective and fruitful in the kingdom of God.
Jane continues to help serve at Kings Church Warrington foodbank in our area, and loves sharing faith in Christ with those she meets and also praying for their needs. This is a great mission field and enables us to serve the wider body of Christ in the area. Our website includes a blog with a focus on this ministry.
We include our ministry dates below, and would really appreciate your prayers for us to be effective and fruitful as we go. Although we respond to invitations from further afield, we are looking for the Lord to open new doors nearer to home.
